Premier League: All the transfer rumours as deadline day approaches
Follow all the latest news and updates on transfer deadline day, with Chelsea and Manchester United among the Premier League teams looking to complete late business after the window closed at 11pm tonight.
Chelsea have spent over £220m this month but the Blues are close to pulling off their biggest deal. They have reached an agreement with Benfica over the signing of Enzo Fernandez, after Chelsea agreed to pay a British record £106m for the World Cup-winning midfielder.
United have agreed to sign Marcel Sabitzer on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of the season. United have acted following Christian Eriksen’s injury, with the midfielder set to be out for three months.
Brighton held on to midfielder Moises Caicedo, but Arsenal turned their attention to another target and have signed Jorginho from Premier League rivals Chelsea in a £13m deal.
Elsewhere, Tottenham have confirmed the signing of right back Pedro Porro, with Matt Doherty joining Atletico Madrid on a free transfer after his contract with Spurs was terminated by mutual agreement.

Chelsea and Man United still waiting for deals!
So, we’re still waiting on two huge transfers.
Manchester United had until 12pm to finalise Marcel Sabitzer’s loan after getting their deal sheet in, but it’s gone quiet at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile Chelsea are confident they got their paperwork in for Enzo Fernandez in time… but we’re yet to hear any official word.

Done deal! Leicester sign Harry Souttar from Stoke
Leicester have confirmed the signing of Harry Souttar from Stoke City.
The Australia centre-back, who impressed for his country at the World Cup, has signed a five-and-a-half-year deal with the Foxes and adds to Brendan Rodgers’ defensive options.
The transfer is worth a reported £15m.

Ziyech deal in trouble?
Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech was close to signing for PSG, but the deal has hit an issue, according to the latest reports.
Apparently, the documentation for the Morocco international was not submitted in time.
That’s not good news for Ziyech or Chelsea, given how big their squad is going to be for the second half of the season.

And it’s done! Just confirmed, Nottingham Forest have signed Keylor Navas on loan from PSG! A three-time Champions League winner with Real Madrid!
It’s Forest’s third signing of deadline day, adding to Jonjo Shelvey from Newcastle and defender Felipe from Atletico Madrid.

According to the BBC’s Simon Stone, Forest have agreed a loan move for PSG’s 36-year-old goalkeeper Keylor Navas!
Forest had been looking for a goalkeeper with Dean Henderson out for several weeks.

I’ve lost count on the number of their new signings, but Steve Cooper’s side have announced the transfer of Jonjo Shelvey from Newcastle.
